So we have all been hearing how Google is passing the buck onto YouTube creators and putting fear into everyone with their vague explanation about it and even less informative about how to protect yourself. I have a lot of channels I follow and I am seeing them drop like flies, they are deleting all their videos and shutting down their accounts out of fears that the FTC is going to fine them for something they never had control over in the first place. The fear is real, so dont think you can just ignore this and that you will not be affected and if you do upload videos to YouTube you need to heed this warning because it could cost you EVERYTHING if you ignore it! I ran across a great video made by an actual lawyer who has done a fantastic job explaining what is going on, what COPPA even is and what you should be aware of. So I urge you to go check out Ian Corzine's video titled What YOUTUBE's Not Telling You About COPPA.

Today more than ever cutting through the chaff to find the right software for your needs can be a painfully, agonizing proposition. I found an online tool that can help weed out the good from the bad and make your research far easier. Not only that but in many cases you will find potential solutions you did not know about. G2Crowd offers a way to compare software side by side and show you real world reviews that are not either watered down of faked for the purpose of false promotion. You can get insights from trusted peers and businesses that give you the low down on what is working and what is not. You can not only run comparisons you can join in to give your two cents on products to further help this awesome community grow. Anyone that is technically inclined or a nerd by nature is already up to speed with the abortion that is happily named Microsoft Windows 10. Probably the biggest problem those of us that build our own systems have with it, aside from the rest of the problems Windows gives us (forced restarts, Windows P2P, The scrolling Apps list in the start menu, default browser, Cortana sending you to Bing, Windows Store, replaced PDF reader with the Edge browser, and many many more issues) is this issue where somehow Microsoft went from being the worst driver manager on the planet to now forcing its drivers on us without the option to disable it.
